About AlphaHire Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL)The AlphaHire Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is an applied research initiative studying how workforce conditions influence delivery of mission-critical investments and public programs. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal or funding package.WIL is seeking a Veterans Justice Programs Specialist to design and deliver training, technical assistance, and program-improvement support for justice-involved veterans — including diversion, treatment courts, reentry, behavioral-health linkages, and veteran-serving partnerships — as applied research and TTA capacity for WIL grant packages.What you'll do:Assess veterans justice program needs across courts, corrections, behavioral health, and veteran-serving partnersDesign and deliver TTA, curricula, and implementation coaching for veterans treatment courts, diversion, and reentry modelsHelp partners strengthen screening, case coordination, peer support, and connections to VA and community resourcesDevelop practical tools, performance measures, and knowledge products for the fieldContribute specialist qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL grant and sponsored-research packages when permissionedRequired:Demonstrated experience with veterans justice, veterans treatment courts, justice-involved veterans programs, or closely related reentry and diversion workExperience delivering training or technical assistance to justice, behavioral-health, or veteran-serving partnersStrong facilitation, curriculum or toolkit development, and written-deliverable skillsOpen to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement; remote-first with travel as partner and field work requiresNice to have:Direct experience with VA partnerships, Veterans Justice Outreach, or peer-support models for justice-involved veteransFamiliarity with federal justice TTA and national center modelsPrior engagements you can cite (agency/partner, your role, year)#J-18808-Ljbffr
