Full-TimeWork Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Location: Remote (U.S.) through the CMS Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Salary Range: $38-$40Position OverviewCLJ is seeking highly experienced Senior FOIA Analysts to provide expert disclosure review, exemption analysis, litigation support, and FOIA case processing services. These individuals will serve as senior subject matter experts on complex FOIA requests, appeals, and litigation matters.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and process complex FOIA requests, appeals, and litigation cases.Conduct disclosure reviews and determine appropriate FOIA exemptions.Prepare Vaughn indices and litigation support documentation.Review and redact sensitive records.Draft FOIA correspondence and release packages.Support agency appeals and litigation activities.Coordinate with agency stakeholders and legal counsel.Mentor junior analysts and conduct quality reviews.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree.Minimum 10 years of FOIA experience.Demonstrated expertise in FOIA disclosure review and exemption analysis.Experience reviewing large volumes of electronic records.
