The Student Relations Program Specialist analyzes data, evaluate program success and ensure that the goals and objectives for the department are met. Student Relations Program Specialist should be considered subject matter experts in their assigned roles and provide consistent data based reporting as requested.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Services, Counseling or a related field.Two (2) years' experience in providing direct services and program oversight for a program or project involving school age children.Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance CardVerbal & written communication skills in English and Spanish with a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructionsAvailability to work flexible hours as needed, to include evenings and/or weekends.REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver's Licenserequiredwithin 30 days of hire)MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliancegreater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insuranceas described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by EmployeesPREFERRED/PROGRAMMATIC QUALIFICATIONS Master's in Education, Social Services, Counseling or a related fieldBilingual (English/Spanish) proficiencyArizona Teaching CertificateExtensive community contacts and outreach experienceSupervisory experienceCOMMENTS Effective:2026-2027SCHOOL YEARLocation: Mexican American Student ServicesClassification: White CollarFTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per dayWork Calendar: 10.5 monthPositions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
