Court Liaison Position
DeCoach Recovery is a leading addiction treatment center dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a range of evidence-based treatments and therapies tailored to each patient's unique needs, with a focus on long-term recovery and wellness.
Job Summary: We are currently hiring for a Court Liaison to work Warren County CPS, and the Warren County Court System. As a court liaison, you will act as a connection between clients, and the criminal-justice system. This position will be based out of Lebanon, OH and the hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct client services that address DeCoach Recovery Centre's mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients and referral sources.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee court programming and participate in Mason, Middletown, Warren County court dockets
- Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu through the respectful and consistent management of OMHAS Standards and Agency Policies and Procedures
- Act as a resource for clients, for example, provide crisis intervention, be an active listener to client, answer non-clinical questions for client
- Maintain appropriate written documentation and written and/or verbal reports on client activity and behavior
- Perform administrative office tasks, as example: client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, and filing
- Transport clients to offsite meetings/activities, as needed
- Participate in weekly individual supervision
- Participate in all required training programs
- Facilitate required groups and structured activities
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CDCA license or higher is required
- Case management experience is preferred.
