Observe and evaluate all procedures and regulatory requirements. Report and maintain video footage of any infractions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service through consistent practice and delivery of customer service to all guests and team members.Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.Review video surveillance footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.Complete daily activity reports and note any pertinent facts.Monitor recording equipment and check equipment operation.Report all observed gaming violations, procedures, and criminal actions to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements.Notify appropriate person when infractions, cheating etc. are observed, including MGC agent on duty.Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.Comply with any reasonable request made by the Surveillance Shift Manager or Manager.BRING US YOUR BEST.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts using basic math, including fractions and percentages.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
