Supporting daily operational management for assigned clients, the full-time Coding Team Lead will manage coding resources, ensure quality expectations are met, and maintain positive client relationships in a 100% remote environment.Key responsibilities:Serve as the point of contact and coding subject matter expert for assigned clientsMonitor employee efficiency and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligationsAssist with training, mentoring internal coding staff, and recommending process improvementsRequired qualifications:AHIMA or AAPC credentialsThree or more years of coding experienceStrong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management servicesExperience managing both onshore and offshore coding resourcesProficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
