Summary

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Fixed Site Training Specialist to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role focuses on training military and government personnel on unmanned systems (UxS) and counter-UxS operations for base defense and fixed-site environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and training experience to help improve mission readiness and ensure these capabilities are effectively integrated into planning and operations.Responsibilities: Deliver classroom, hands-on, and computer-based training on unmanned systems and counter-UxS operationsTrain personnel on system operations, maintenance, and base defense tacticsSupport new equipment fielding and training eventsEvaluate student performance and adjust training based on skill level and feedbackSimulate real-world threats to prepare teams for adversary UxS tacticsAssist in developing training materials, including manuals and course contentIdentify risks, vulnerabilities, and threats related to unmanned systems at fixed sitesOperate UxS platforms (launch, flight, recovery, and system checks) during training exercisesProvide guidance on integrating UxS capabilities into base defense planning and operationsTravel to various locations, including potential deployment environments, to support .$30/hr to $55/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
