Summary

To lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across the nutritional products business, the full-time remote Manager of Sourcing and Procurement will manage high-impact projects involving contract manufacturing, supplier onboarding, and cost reduction while ensuring product quality and supply continuity.Key responsibilities:Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes while developing sourcing strategies and negotiating commercial termsManage contract manufacturer relationships and oversee the transition to a turnkey manufacturing modelCoordinate new product launches and supplier-side execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standardsRequired qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in nutritional supplements or related fieldsHands-on experience with RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and managing outsourced manufacturing relationshipsProficiency in NetSuite, particularly in purchase order management and inventory transfersStrong understanding of manufacturing economics and supplier pricing structuresBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
