Summary

Supporting a federal government client's identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) program, the mid-level Identity Policy Analyst will assess current capabilities, identify gaps in alignment with federal policies, and develop actionable recommendations, all while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesAssess the current-state ICAM environment to establish a baseline of existing capabilitiesIdentify gaps between current-state capabilities and target-state requirements, focusing on Zero Trust principlesDevelop findings and risk-informed recommendations to advance ICAM and Zero Trust maturityRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeDemonstrated experience with ICAM programs, cybersecurity policy, or federal IT policy and complianceWorking knowledge of GSA's FICAM Playbook and its application to agency ICAM programsFamiliarity with Zero Trust principles and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-207Experience assessing current-state environments and developing practical recommendations and roadmaps
