Providing essential support to the community, the part-time Arizona 211 Program Specialist will respond to calls, identify needs, and connect individuals to appropriate resources while documenting interactions and outcomes remotely.Key responsibilities:Provide phone-based confidential information, referrals, and advocacy for health and social servicesDocument unmet needs and customer interactions to assist in identifying service gaps through data reportingMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while demonstrating an understanding of social services and community resources in ArizonaRequired qualifications:0-2 years of experience in health and human services, public health, or healthcare; call center experience preferredGED or High School DiplomaStrong knowledge of community resources, particularly in mental health, housing, and healthcareBilingual Spanish is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
