Summary

To support the development of health IT solutions, the remote Policy Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate Alternative Payment Models and other value-based care initiatives, ensuring alignment with health policy and user needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver health IT solutions aligned with federal health policiesTranslate complex policy requirements into scalable, user-centered product featuresAnalyze data to inform product improvements and oversee product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering and testingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in public policy, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, or a related field3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or policy analysis with exposure to healthcare dataDemonstrated ability to interpret policy and translate it into technical or operational solutionsStrong foundation in data analysis and performance measurementFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
