Summary

DutiesPrepares projected budget for biannual and annual training requirements.Tracks and conducts quarterly reviews of authorized funding and dollars execution.Acts as the Contracting Officer Representative for training procurement actions.Projects training budget for the fiscal year based on employee developmental plans.Manages the Agency's training information system and oversees any system changes or modifications (including testing).Reviews all authorizations for travel for training and the supporting documentation to substantiate payment of travel vouchers.Assists in development of annual IDP guidance and the scheduling, development, and execution of Agency courses designed to meet the workforce's developmental needs.Maintains oversight of training history for all audit personnel's CPE requirements.
