A successful OPS is self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, communicates with ease across engineering and operations teams, thrives in an ambiguous environment, and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.Required Skills & QualificationsTypically requires 3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or Supply ChainBachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Science, or EngineeringAbility to travel internationally up to 15% (travel TBD pending COVID status)Detail orientation a must; self-motivated, proactive, and drivenStrong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to articulate complex scenarios in simple termsAbility to react to resets and changes in a time-sensitive environmentExperience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of dataUnparalleled multi-tasking abilitiesAdvanced Excel usage skillsPrior work experience in the industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOrdering, tracking, and actualizing material to support development builds & product rampDrive material delivery through Procurement and direct with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryTracking and communicating changes to the Plan of Record (POR) recipe rapidly throughout the development processCoordinating, consolidating, and communicating risks for material build readiness, lead times, sourcing challenges, and material in-house tracking (MIH)Creating Purchase Orders / Requisitions, maintaining invoice tracking, and Goods ReceiptsWork with OEM to accurately set up BOM, FAI planning, and executionOther duties as requiredCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive health benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentInclusive and dynamic work environment
