This role assists in preparing contracts, maintaining vendor records, and monitoring compliance. The Specialist works closely with the Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor, the Sourcing and Contracts Coordinator, operational leaders, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of vendor contracts. This role also supports the maintenance of sourcing related documentation.Shifts Available:Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - FridayExpected starting wage range is $26.01 - $32.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)High school diploma or GEDThree (3) years' experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract managementExcellent organizational skillsGood computer skills with basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelKnowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice / payment processing and cost allocationDetail orientedMust be at least 18 years of ageAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
