We seek talentedprofessionals to support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Code 41250, in San Diego, CA . This program sustains, maintains, and modernizes the Navy's afloat and ashore tactical network systems — including Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System – Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Communications as a Service (CaaS), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Networks, Agile Core Services (ACS), Software Defined Networks (SDN), Tactical Afloat Next Generation Networks (TNGN) — ensuring fleet readiness and operational superiority across the global naval enterprise.
Noblis MSD seeks Logisticians to perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions for in-service engineering and sustainment of Navy afloat and ashore tactical networks and associated applications. These roles direct integrated logistics processes, develop support policies and systems, and provide implementation guidance for Navy tactical network lifecycle management. Logisticians manage logistics actions associated with lifecycle management of tactical networks, systems, subsystems, and equipment including ADNS, CANES, ISNS, and related C4I platforms through End-of-Life.
Responsibilities
Direct integrated logistics processes within operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments
Develop support policies, procedures, and systems for afloat and ashore network platforms
Prepare and implement directives ensuring effective logistics support
Develop and sustain Program Support Data (PSD) sheets utilizing approved system Bill of Materials (BOMs) and reliability data
Update PARTS Database with PSD sheet data and prepare packages for annual BAM N412 PSD reviews
Develop and validate Type II/III equipment and system technical manuals
Support development of Illustrated Parts Breakdowns and Maintenance Standards Books
Perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) supportability analyses
Provide logistics impact assessments for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Service Request Forms (SRFs) within 10 business days
Support Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to reconcile configurations
Forecast and manage spares of End of Life (EOL) items; manage obsolescence
Oversee warehouse and inventory control processes for Installation and Checkout (INCO) and On-Board Repair Parts (OBRP) program material and equipment
Support development of Hardware Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and Network PMS (N-PMS) documentation
Develop formal training for organizational and maintenance levels
Required Qualifications
Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI
U.S. Citizenship required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
