PODS Military Partnership Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a driven candidate to help us strategically grow and improve PODS' Military partnership portfolio. This role will report to the Strategic Account Manager and work closely to improve sales by delivering marketing campaigns, activating promotional efforts and improving PODS visibility inside of the Military Exchanges. The role will be responsible for maintaining partner contact information, in-store collateral order placements, revenue reporting, and assisting in relationship management and execution of strategic partnership with the Military Exchanges and other Military and Government accounts, with a chance to assist with other partners as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Military Exchange Locations master tracking sheet with Exchange Points of Contact information and display container tracking information
- Manage Military Exchange display container program
- Place orders for Military Exchange collaterals as requested by Exchange partners or PODS Market Managers
- Outreach to contracted Military Exchange Location Points of Contact Quarterly
- Audit onsite display container – request photo of display container
- Audit in-store collateral presence – seek opportunity to provide additional collaterals
- Update tracking sheet with new contact information
- Drive execution of new marketing campaigns with the Military
- Work with brand team on optimization of Military content across PODS owned and paid channels
- Partner with CRM and CX teams to improve Military communication journey and increase Military CSAT
- Process reporting for Partnership accounts
- Assist with other military partnership accounts as requested
Job Qualifications: Education & Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business management, marketing, advertising, economics, business administration or relevant field
- 2-4 years' experience in relationship management or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Military infrastructure & experience with Military Exchanges preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, able to track multiple workstreams
- Ability to maintain a dedication to teamwork
- Ability to complete the job in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful demeanor with customers, co-workers and management at all times
