What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead all aspects of food service operations and contract performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure service requirements are met.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA standards, and food service regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Create and maintain reports, records, and required documentation.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in food service operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a government or military environment.
- Experience supervising diverse workforces, including individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of food service compliance and quality standards.
