This is a full‑time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.What You'll DoAs a Management Analyst III , you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile delivery, driving team performance, and ensuring the successful execution of mission‑critical projects that support U.S. government missions and organizational objectives. This role falls under Scrum Master within our compensation framework. You will:Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices to drive efficient deliveryRemove blockers and coordinate across stakeholders to keep projects on trackPartner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align work with mission prioritiesTrack performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teamsEncourage getting work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the workFacilitate discussions and decision‑making, and assist in mediation of conflict resolutionLead the team and guide them on how to get the most out of self‑organizationGive support using a servant‑leadership style whenever possible, lead by example, and demonstrate value‑add principlesWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (Bachelor of Science (BS) shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program)Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.Must have experience in collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.Must be able to analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.Must be able to develop solutions to problems.Must be able to prepare recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.Must be able to prepare and solve mathematical models.Technical Expertise:Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience with ServiceNow applicationsExperience with ADOExperience with Technical projectsExperience with Leading and facilitating teamsExperience with Communicating technical details to stakeholdersCertifications:Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies.Travel & PassportSome overnight stays possible.Physical & Work Environment RequirementsPeriods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk‑based computer work.Travel between work locations, including company offices, customer sites, and government installations.Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (including Bluetooth‑ or Wi‑Fi‑enabled devices) may be restricted.Communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders through verbal and written methods.Ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.Interaction with others in dynamic environments, including situations requiring problem‑solving and conflict resolution.Compliance with applicable medical or travel requirements for certain assignments, including domestic or international travel, as required by governing authorities.Background & SecurityEmployment is contingent upon successful background investigation.Alcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance.Benefits & PerksMedical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance401(k) immediate vesting and matchPaid time off and company holidaysGenerous tuition & training supportRelocation assistanceSign‑on and performance‑based bonusesEmployee referral programAccess to Tickets at Work, EAP, wellness initiatives, and moreJoin UsIf you're driven by mission, technology, and teamwork—we want to hear from you.
