Land Acquisition SpecialistPortland, OROur client, a residential developer, is looking for a Land Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring undeveloped land, finished lots, and occupied parcels while working closely with property owners, brokers, land developers, city officials, and other key parties.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in land acquisition who enjoys building relationships, evaluating development opportunities, and managing multiple priorities.Land Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.Research property ownership, title, and municipal requirements.Meet with property owners and representatives to discuss potential acquisitions.Prepare property summaries, letters of intent, and purchase agreements.Analyze the financial potential of prospective development sites.Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and city officials.Assist with purchase negotiations and coordinate acquisition activities.Travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.Land Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:At least 4 years of related experience and/or training.Land acquisition, real estate, or residential development experience required.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region, as needed.Company Benefits:Generous health benefits for employees and family paid at 90%.Flexible Spending Account.Employee stock purchase plan available.401K with up to 6% contribution#J-18808-Ljbffr
