Ideal candidates are interested in analyzing workforce and employee data to help organizations make informed talent and business decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and basic data analysis techniques.Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and ability to develop relationships.Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, Outlook and have experience with internet research.Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
