- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients at hearings, status conferences, and court appearances.

- Travel to courts throughout the region as required.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience litigating matters in Ohio state courts.
- Licensed to practice in Kentucky and/or Indiana.
- Admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
- Bankruptcy court experience.
- Prior experience in creditors' rights, collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related litigation.
