Summary
Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its Pittsburgh, Detroit, Austin, Collin County, or Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated interest in the field of immigration law and possess at least one year of experience at an immigration law firm as an associate, law clerk, paralegal, or similar role in which they worked on writing-intensive immigration cases. Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction). This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:Extensive writing-intensive immigration casesStrong advocacy, research, and writing skillsA high-level attention to detail and strong academic credentialsPossess the ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentShould enjoy and excel at creative writingDay To Day Responsibilities Will Include Take the lead on writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, J-1 waiver applications, and similar filingsPrepare and submit filings to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other government agenciesCommunicate and collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clientsComplete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentationGather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration mattersThe salary range for this position at the time of posting is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
