Curriculum Developer / Instructional Systems DesignerJefferson Solutions Group is seeking a Curriculum Developer / Instructional Systems Designer to develop, maintain, and modernize resident and distributed-learning curriculum for the Joint Targeting School. The selected candidate will work directly with Government course managers, instructors, and targeting SMEs to translate Joint doctrine, operational requirements, and learning objectives into effective classroom and online instructional products. Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval. Join us at Jefferson, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.Primary Responsibilities:Develop, update, and maintain Joint Targeting classroom and online curriculum.Apply Instructional Systems Design principles and systematic curriculum-development methodologies.Develop course design documents, storyboards, lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, practical exercises, testing materials, and training aids.Design and maintain synchronous and asynchronous distributed-learning products.Collaborate with targeting SMEs and instructors to convert technical content into instructionally sound training.Conduct curriculum reviews, beta testing, quality assurance, content management, and version control.Analyze course effectiveness and recommend improvements.Develop or revise testing and check-on-learning instruments.Support LMS implementation and maintenance.Ensure consistent content across resident and virtual course offerings.Required Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of relevant training/curriculum-development experience.Demonstrated success in at least three of the following: Joint training experience. Joint doctrine/CJCS instruction experience. Interactive web-based or blended-learning development. eLearning/courseware authoring. Instructional Systems Design. Military training environments. Learning Management Systems.Minimum 3 years of ISD experience developing complex interactive courseware strongly desired.Minimum 3 years of military eLearning experience strongly desired.Minimum 3 years of LMS experience strongly desired.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.U.S. citizenship.Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/access.Preferred Qualifications:ADDIE or equivalent systematic instructional-development experience.MIL-HDBK-29612 familiarity.Bloom's Revised Taxonomy experience.Joint Targeting or Joint fires curriculum-development experience.Microsoft Teams LMS experience.Experience developing curriculum in NIPR/SIPR environments.Adobe Acrobat and multimedia/eLearning-authoring experience.
