Schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday.We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Fleet Operations Dispatcher based in the Phoenix area to coordinate the deployment, scheduling, and travel logistics for our national team of Fleet Technicians.This role serves as the central operational air-traffic control for nationwide deploymentsensuring our technical teams are where they need to be, when they need to be there, across multiple time zones.Key Responsibilities Multi-Zone Scheduling: Manage daily/weekly scheduling and dispatching for traveling technicians supporting clients across the U.S.Logistics & Travel Oversight: Coordinate MF travel arrangements (flights, rental vehicles, lodging) and adjust itineraries in real-time when project schedules shift.Live Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technicians in the field via Slack and phone for scheduling updates, site access coordination, and immediate logistics troubleshooting.Data & Fleet Tracking: Maintain dynamic schedule boards, technician availability, and deployment logs using Google Sheets and internal operations tracking tools.Client Alignment: Collaborate with site managers and operations leadership to confirm team arrivals and site deployment requirements.Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in dispatching, field service scheduling, or logistics coordination.High Proficiency in Tech Stacks: Advanced experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Slack for fast-paced, real-time communication.Multi-Time-Zone Management: Demonstrated ability to manage schedules across EST, CST, MST, and PST without friction.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with field technicians and executive leaders alike.Preferred Experience Prior experience coordinating traveling field technicians, heavy equipment crews, or mobile service teams.Familiarity with autonomous technology, automotive service, or technical field operations.Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
