What You'll DoJoin our Participant Experience Consulting team as a Senior Education Analyst ! This is an opportunity to drive positive participant outcomes and improve financial wellness for employees across the country. You will collaborate with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams to propose and implement strategic retirement education meeting solutions.Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out education meeting plans that align with client objectives. Evaluate plan design, participant data, and incorporate Principal services and technologies to suggest strategic approaches.Educational Material Planning: Collaborate with clients to determine relevant education topics and desired participant outcomes, adapting established presentations and resources to address plan-specific features, financial concepts, and behavioral goals.Partnerships and Proposals: Partner with Relationship Managers and Participant Experience Consultants to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals. Analyze plan demographics and industry trends to guide recommendations and improve participant outcomes.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Participant Experience Consultants to ensure informative materials meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
