Job Description

Dauphin County Domestic Relations is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position Enforcement Officer. The employee in this position ensures compliance by monitoring the enforcement of support orders and the collection of support payments. Job duties include utilizing the statewide computerized child support database; locating absent parents; interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating payments, reports, case data, and client information. The employee conducts non-compliance conferences, initiates administrative actions, prepares/presents cases for court, and interviews clients and communicates with others to acquire verifiable case information. To ensure adherence to standards and schedules prescribed by Federal, State and County authorities.

EDUCTATION/TRAINING:

High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalency exam. Valid PA Driver's License.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in a professional office environment; must have adequate knowledge of computer skills; and be capable of operating general office machines.

The starting hourly rate is 20.32/$42,265 annually.
