This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum CI/HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.Provide assessment of collection posture and gaps.Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.Conduct operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence to support CI/HUMINT operations.Qualifications:12 years of experience in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership position8 full-time years as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community role. HUMINT activities.Master's DegreeAt least 1 of the following Certifications:DOD Intelligence FundamentalsCertified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2Certified Collections Management Professional - FundamentalsIntelligence Planner CertificationU.S. Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as neededSecurity Clearance:Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibilityCore One is anEqual Opportunity Employer.
