Lead Dispatcher/ControllerTransdev in P hoenix, AZ is hiring a Lead Dispatcher/Controller. Our Lead Dispatcher/Controller ensures the Dispatch team fills all the routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:Oversee road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidentsRespond to customer questions and concerns about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.Supervise staff on weekends and evenings.Manage department reports and other communication tools.Support the OCC Supervisor in training new employees.Other duties as required.Qualifications :High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
