Summary

Trifecta Proven is recruiting for a Physical Therapist to provide services at the Portland Air National Guard Base, OR. Physical Therapist will work as part of the Human Performance Optimization Program with the 125th Special Tactics Squadron. The physical therapist is part of a multi-disiplinary team aiming to prepare service members physically and mentally so they are optimized for mission readiness and sustained peak performance, while minimizing injury and maximizing return-to-duty efficiency. Hours: Monday thorugh Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. including a one hour lunch break.
