We're seeking a Dispatcher I in Las Vegas, NV to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

- Keep service technicians productive and customers informed.
- Reduce response time on emergency calls.
- Support technicians with clear, accurate work orders.
- Partner with service managers on daily planning.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians.
- Take customer calls and document service requests.
- Coordinate parts, equipment, and travel.
- Update customers on technician ETAs and status.
- Maintain accurate records in the service system.
- Support invoicing and timekeeping handoff.
- Escalate issues to the service manager.
- Cover after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
