Summary
Responsibilitiesof the Security Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs and reportsControl access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Must have 1 year of administrative experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office softwareAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherMust have an Active Wisconsin Private Security LicensePreferred QualificationsBi-lingual considered a plus.Pay and Benefits$21.00 - $23.00 / hour based on experience and sitePaid time off and paid holidaysMedical and Dental insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V#J-18808-Ljbffr
