Summary

Customer Service Resolution Specialist

General summary:

To establish a systematic approach for the positive resolution of customer complaints as well as tracking mechanism for problem identification and resolution. Ensure hospital achieves industry-leading patient customer serviceand patient experience reflected in the PSMS scores.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare or hospital setting. Additional experience in customer service and/or guest relations preferred. Must have exceptional computer, interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to problem-solve and understand how/when to escalate concerns to leaders. Position will require working (4) 10-hour shifts per week (beginning mid-morning) including an alternating weekend assignment.
