Summary
Fuels Management Responsibilities
Serves as the Fuels Responsible Officer for Fuels Manager Defense Enterprise (DoDFME) and Defense Fuel Automated Management System (DFAMS) Manager.
Serves as the DSCC Supply System Analyst, Supply Program Manager, Government Purchase Card Holder, and Fuels Responsible Officer.
Develops, analyzes, and evaluates technical procurement procedures and methods used to support the acquisition and fuel-supply objectives for the Division.
Executes compliant Government Purchase Card transactions and certifies account monthly in accordance with established Federal acquisition and procurement guidelines.
Manages requisitioning, receipt, issuance, storage, inventory, accountability, and disposal of equipment and fuel required to support the DSCC mission.
Conducts studies, draws conclusions, coordinates action, and communicates recommendations utilizing data collected from supply, procurement, and finance processes and regulations.
Researches, studies, analyzes, and evaluates data through numerous automated supply systems, i.e., EBS, FEDLOG, MILSTRIP, SAMMS, FMS, reports, etc.
