We are looking for a Security Support Specialist to join our Baptist South team. This is a full-time, nights opportunity that will require you to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM.Security Specialist General Responsibilities: This position provides logistical and technical support to the Safety & Security department by running the visitor management systemsAssisting Security Officers with investigations by reviewing of video surveillance systems and access control logsAssists with access controls systems & checking in visitorsCreate badges for the systemConduct fire extinguisher inspectionsData entry for parking violations and support the Safety & Security department as directed by the Executive Director of Safety & SecurityExperience Requirements: Less than 1 year Security Officer ExperienceHealthcare Experience PreferredEducation & Credential Requirements High School Diploma RequiredInternational Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Safety Certification PreferredPositions designated as requiring a level II Background ( A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
