Summary
Instructional Design Specialist J7
The Contractor shall provide instructional design and training development support for approximately 10-15 courses, IAW with the Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process for HT-JCOE J7. The Contractor shall:
- Support HT-JCOE Computer Based Training (CBT)/Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) lesson plan development efforts.
- Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses.
- Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content.
- Support all phases of the ADDIE model.
Qualifications for Instructional Design Specialists J7 (Direct Support to Training):
- TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (Secret to start; Interim TS/SCI granted within 18 months-Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US security clearance)
- Master's Degree in Curriculum Development.
- Minimum of three years' experience in the field of Curriculum Development with two years' experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process
- Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS).
- 24 Credit hours in adult education.
Compensation Details: $67,000 - $100,000
