Be a United States CitizenGeneral Purpose The Baraboo Police Department is seeking CERTIFIED candidates to join our team as a Patrol Officer. Our department strives to be community oriented--protecting and serving our community, while working with community members to address problems. General police functions include, but are not limited to: protecting life and property, general patrol, criminal law and traffic code enforcement, city ordinance enforcement, and maintaining public peace.Our officers work 12-hour shifts, with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
