Summary

Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role will assist with daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, scheduling activities, and quality control while partnering closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team. Description Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and support schedule execution. Help maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company standards. Perform quality control inspections and document project activities. Track deliveries, materials, and jobsite logistics. Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings as needed. Assist with inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout. Review plans and specifications to support field execution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
