Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their field operations team and support the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. Description Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders as needed. Resolve on-site issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and logs. Support the Superintendent in managing resources and materials efficiently.
