Client Details This Dallas-based general contractor is recognized for delivering high-quality Class A interior projects and complex commercial builds across Texas. Known for its collaborative approach and attention to detail, the firm partners closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to bring sophisticated designs to life. With a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and reliability, the company continues to shape premier spaces that reflect both craftsmanship and functionality. Description Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring Class A interior projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly. Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, company policies, and client requirements. Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, and project documentation to provide accurate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional project outcomes. Profile 4+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Class A interior build-outs. Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam). Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings. Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
