Known for design‑forward construction, energy‑efficient buildings, and complex multifamily work, they operate with the agility of a smaller firm while delivering projects that rival much larger competitors. The culture is collaborative, respectful, and deeply invested in doing the work the right way. Description As the Lead Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of site execution for mid‑rise multifamily developments. Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground‑up multifamily projects Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close‑out activities Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture Profile For the Lead Superintendent role, we are seeking: Proven experience delivering ground‑up multifamily construction projects Background with mid‑rise or complex urban builds preferred Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments Hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and team development Job Offer Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000 Company truck 100% employer‑paid employee health benefits $100 monthly wellness allowance $90 monthly phone allowance Continuing education assistance 401(k) with 3% company contribution Two additional paid days off annually for volunteering Long‑term career stability with a contractor known for low turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
