Experiencing significant growth and backed by a record project pipeline, the company delivers projects across education, municipal, healthcare, federal, religious, and industrial sectors while maintaining a people-first culture and industry-leading employee retention. Description * Lead day-to-day site operations for ground-up, renovation, and expansion projects. * Manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality control, and safety compliance. * Coordinate construction activities to ensure contract requirements are met. * Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to drive execution. * Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: * 3-7+ years of Superintendent or construction field leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencing. * Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. * OSHA 10/30 certification preferred and commitment to safety excellence. Job Offer Salary: $90,000-$130,000 + bonus (dependent on experience) * Annual discretionary bonus, company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone allowance. * Comprehensive medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k) with match. * Outstanding work-life balance with local projects, no overnight travel, and strong career stability.
