Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff Subcontract Administrator will deliver cradle-to-grave subcontract support, collaborate with program managers to define subcontracting requirements, and ensure compliance with legal and government regulations.Key responsibilitiesDeliver cradle-to-grave subcontract support from solicitation through closeoutCollaborate with teammates and program managers to identify subcontracting requirements and provide guidance on subcontract typesPrepare and disseminate subcontract status updates, risk assessments, and compliance findingsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with 1-3 years of experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience without a degreeFamiliarity with FAR/DFARS requirements and federal subcontracting processesExperience with various contract types including CPFF, FFP, and T&MDemonstrated knowledge in negotiation and development of subcontractsExperience in a high-volume subcontract administration environment
