Starting wage for these positions is $18.50 per hour with an increase of $.50 per hour after 90 days! National Beef should be your next career move.Our schedules rotate every four weeks between the following:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – full shift; Thursday – half shiftFriday, Saturday, Sunday – full shift; Thursday – half shiftResponsibilities Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Officer position include but are not limited to:Monitor, control, and document vehicular trafficMaintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers by controlling access along with monitoring the plant premises, assets and personnelSecure premises by patrolling propertyInspect VehiclesInspect bags, lunch boxesMonitor controlled access pointsComplete required reports in a timely mannerRecord observations, occurrences and surveillance activitiesPrevent loss/damage to company property by providing a uniformed presenceInvestigate incidents of irregularityContribute to a team effortProtecting product, equipment and tools from leaving propertyPreventing weapons, alcohol and drugs from entering propertyOther duties as assignedThis is an on-site position. This is a safety sensitive position.Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Loss Prevention Officer position should have the following:Surveillance Skills (CCTV)Strong, Ethical CharacterDependableAbility to be objectiveAbility to demonstrate professionalismGood people/conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalMust be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend EnglishExemplary performance and attendance record at previous employmentBilingual is a plusMust be available to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidaysLight lifting ability, objectivity, dependability, integrity, safe, professional, and reporting skills are a plusQualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.Must be at least 18 years of age or older.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.Company Overview National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
