United Protective Services is hiring dependable, professional Flex Security Officers to support security operations at multiple client locations in Bremond and College Station, TX. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their work assignments, can adapt to changing schedules, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service and security.

As a Flex Security Officer, you'll play a vital role by filling open shifts and supporting multiple sites as operational needs arise.

Pay

• $21.00 per hour when assigned to the Bremond, TX solar site
• $16.50 per hour when assigned to College Station, TX locations

Compensation is based on the location where the shift is worked.

Schedule

Full-Time | Flex Schedule

Schedules vary based on operational needs and may include:

• Days
• Evenings
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends
• Holidays

Flex Officers must be available to work a variety of shifts and locations.

Position Overview

As a Flex Security Officer, you will provide coverage at multiple client sites, including a solar energy facility in Bremond and various locations throughout College Station. Responsibilities may vary by assignment but always require professionalism, strong observation skills, and exceptional customer service.

Assignments may include access control, monitoring entrances and exits, observing and reporting suspicious activity, conducting patrols when required, and completing accurate incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned client locations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated security areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Follow all client-specific procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Level II Security Officer License or the ability to obtain one
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Bremond and College Station
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent observation and decision-making abilities
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
