Duties: In this role, you’ll determine a child’s eligibility and need for services, provide ongoing home based services to address the strengths and developmental needs of children and coach parents to promote the child’s development.
Brief Description:
Act as the Primary Service Provider for children ages birth to six.
Job Prerequisites:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social Services, Human Services or a related field. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant License would be preferred, or a Licensed Social Worker. Must be well organized, detail oriented, have the ability to meet deadlines and most importantly, have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities.

Compensation:
- Minimum starting pay of $22.74 per hour
- Great benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance
- Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS)
- Paid time off, flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely after six months
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
