Rockstar Hvac/Plumbing Csr/Dispatcher!

Hey everyone we're on the lookout for a customer service rep/dispatcher to join our team here in Nashville, TN! This is a full-time, on-site role perfect for someone who's organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork.

A little about the job:

  • Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC technicians
  • Dispatch jobs quickly and efficiently
  • Chat with customers and keep them updated
  • Help with record-keeping and parts/equipment needs
  • Work closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on track

We'd love to find someone who:

  • Stays cool under pressure and loves multitasking
  • Has great communication and people skills
  • Knows their way around scheduling software (ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is a bonus!)
  • Has some basic knowledge of HVAC & plumbing (not required but super helpful)
  • Brings a positive attitude every day

Location: Nashville, TN

Hours: Full-time, on-site if you're looking to join a fun, fast-paced team where every day is a little different we'd love to hear from you! Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
