Housing Technician

We are seeking a dependable individual to work full time with people who have a mental illness and/or substance use disorder. This individual will be working in a supportive residential setting with residents who are housed through our program in Warren, Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents in working on recovery and their ability to maintain stable housing
  • monitoring behaviors
  • Conflict resolution/mediation
  • Housekeeping
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Documentation.
Employee Package includes:
  • Wages of $16.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma with 3 years' experience or bachelor's degree; excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people; experience working with individuals with mental health and/or physical disabilities; computer skills; and has reliable transportation.

Must have and maintain a clean driving record. Must complete BCI/FBI background check with favorable results.
