Join our Animal Services Team as a Field Services Dispatcher!
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every call makes a difference? Marin Humane is seeking a Field Services Dispatcher to serve as the vital communication link between our community and our Animal Services Officers. In this role, you'll receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinate responses, monitor officer safety, and help ensure timely, compassionate service for both people and animals.
We're looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, excels at multitasking, communicates clearly, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Experience in dispatch, public safety, call centers, or other high-volume customer service environments is highly valued.
At Marin Humane, we're equally committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging where every employee feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences. We believe that embracing diverse backgrounds, ideas, and lived experiences strengthens our organization, enhances collaboration, and helps us better serve the animals and communities that depend on us.
What we offer:
• Full-time 4/10 schedule, including weekends
• Starting pay of $25.90-$28.77/hour, plus a $1.00/hour Spanish-speaking differential
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off
• A meaningful career where you'll make a direct impact on the lives of animals and people
If you're ready to put your communication skills, quick thinking, and compassion to work in support of our mission, we'd love to hear from you. Join a team where Celebrating Differences is one of our core values, and where your unique experiences help strengthen our workplace and our impact in the community.
