Client Coordinator
Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to support our recurring inspection & service scheduling across our Perry and Atlanta, GA locations. Working closely with our Field Leadership and the Field Technicians this role focuses on persistent customer outreach to schedule annual inspections, recommend additional services, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Make persistent calls to approximately up to 50 current clients daily across Atlanta and Perry to schedule recurring inspections (sprinkler, extinguisher, kitchen hood, hydrant, pump) as they come due, ensuring consistent follow-up until booked.
- Scheduling Coordination: Partner with two Inspections Coordinators (covering sprinkler, extinguisher, kitchen hood, hydrant, and pump inspections) to prioritize and confirm appointments for technicians.
- Service Recommendations: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services (e.g., bundling, new offerings) during client calls, testing the waters for account expansion.
- Administrative Support: Assist coordinators with email correspondence, update client records in ServiceTrade and QuickBooks, and maintain inspection schedules using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Flexible Duties: Support the Client Advocate as needed and adapt to evolving tasks, with calling remaining the top priority.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, scheduling, or outreach roles (fire protection or service industry experience a plus).
- Skills: Excellent phone communication and persistence in follow-up calls. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks across two locations remotely. Proficiency in ServiceTrade, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in a team setting.
- Availability: Choose Atlanta, GA, or Perry, GA as home base, with ability to split time remotely supporting the other location (schedule TBD).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with low-volume, high-persistence calling campaigns.
- Familiarity with fire safety inspections or recommending service upsells.
