Peraton is looking for a Senior All-Source Analyst to support the USCYBERCOM J2 Intelligence Watch at Fort Meade, MD, providing continuous, mission-essential intelligence coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.This is a Mission Essential position - one of the most operationally critical roles on the contract. You\'ll sit at the center of USCYBERCOM\'s intelligence operations, managing daily reporting against Priority Intelligence Requirements, monitoring adversary threats in real time, and supporting the Defense Warning Program across every classification network the command operates on. During surge, you may step up as All-Source Watch Manager or Intel Watch Officer. If you thrive in a high-tempo, always-on environment where your vigilance directly protects the DoDIN, this is the role for you.What You\'ll Do Maintain the 24x7x365 Intelligence Watch position supporting J2/JIOCAssist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer in understanding, managing, and mitigating incidents on the DoDINManage and disseminate daily single-source reporting aligned to USCYBERCOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)Develop and disseminate intelligence products, brief books, alerts, and briefing slidesUpdate, maintain, and post intelligence products on USCYBERCOM/J2 websites across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANet , and other networksMonitor adversaries and threats, providing contextual analysis of findingsDevelop, manage, and update threat indicators and levels for specified cyber threat entitiesMonitor daily traffic, databases, and tools for indicators and new threat trends; report when indicators or threat levels changeAct as All-Source Watch Manager to assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer during surge operationsAdhere to IC analytic tradecraft standards: ICD 203, 206, 208, 209, 501 , and 710Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives#USCCJ2Qualifications What You BringRequired:Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with PolygraphMinimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhDWorking knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, watch operations, and IC/DoD classification guidelinesDemonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formatsProficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniquesUnderstanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across disciplinesAbility and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 operational environment - this is a Mission Essential position with a 5-day fill requirementPreferred:Experience with: Palantir, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, Microsoft OneNoteFamiliarity with NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS , and NSANet network environments and posting proceduresBackground in cyber threat monitoring, DoDIN defense, or intelligence watch operationsExperience with the USCYBERCOM Defense Warning Program or threat indicator managementPrior experience as an All-Source Watch Manager or Intelligence Watch Officer12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 yearsMaster\'s degree in a related field - or a Bachelor\'s degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1 or IAM Level 1 certificationPeraton drives missions of consequence - protecting and promoting U.S. national security at the highest levels. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual\'s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
